Hi, I'm in need of a Landscaper for a one time clean up, weekly regular maintenance, and additional projects. Pay: $350 for one time clean up and $90 per month for weekly maintenance. $15-20 per hour based on experience with additional projects ( irrigation, help with gardening) Description and details of work outlined below. One time clean up includes: - Weed eat front of house approximately 2000 square ft space - Trim one large hedge down and another small one - trim palm trees - trim some small palms - clean edges where the property meets the curb. - blow inside the property. Regular Maintainance include: - weed eating - timing hedges and other plants - blowing property and checking sprinklers making sure none are broken One time projects include: - Electrical job for water fountain - irrigation for potting trees and plants
