FOOD PRODUCTION WORKERS NEEDED Connect Staffing Inc. is currently hiring for production workers, meat cutters, packers, forklift operators, and QA techs at a meat processing facility located in Vernon, Ca. These are all temp to hire positions. Looking for hard workers who are ready to work! All Shifts Available: you will work 5-7 days a week plus OVERTIME 1st Shift - 5 am to 3 pm 2nd Shift - 3 pm to 1:30 am Will attend 8 hours paid orientation training prior to starting. Signing Bonuses: $100 bonus after the 1stweek worked AND ANOTHER $100 bonus after the 2ndweek worked THEN ONCE HIRED BY THE COMPANY you will receive a $1 pay increase and $250!!!!! $$$$ Job Duties: subject to change depending on department working in - unloading pallets with frozen meat to be ground up -mixing spices for seasonings -unload raw meat to go into a char broiler -cut raw meat into cubes to be smoked - packing all finished product into boxes to be shipped Physical Requirements: - Long periods of standing - Must be able to lift a minimum 10 - 60 lbs max on their own - Must be able to work near raw meat, blood, and other liquids - Able to tolerate temperatures in work areas that fluctuate between extreme cold and extreme warmth 36 degrees to 100 degrees - Squatting and bending repeatedly - Repetitive motion - Loud Sounds Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to release background information.
