We’re Totallee and we build e-commerce brands. We were named California's 143rd fastest-growing company by Inc 5000. We currently operate two brands, totallee and Fleur & Bee. Totallee makes minimalistic products for your phone. Fleur & Bee offers natural skincare products. Both brands give back 1% of sales to charity. We’re looking for someone interested in helping out with product assembly and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, organized, and friendly person who is passionate about creating a delightful experience for our customers. Qualifications and Skills: - Organized and detail-oriented - Computer savvy - Team player - Self-starter interested in learning and growing - At least 1 year of work experience in either a warehouse or e-commerce environment Responsibilities: - Assemble product from filling skincare products to making shipping boxes - Process, print, and pick orders - and make shipments to individual customers or our retailers (Amazon, Rite Aid, Urban Outfitters) - QC inventory - Assist with inventory management Bonus Points: - Familiarity with online-native brands - Experience in the cosmetics industry Benefits: - Base Salary: $15.50/hr - Generous paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid parental leave - Health insurance 100% paid by company - Commission on every sale (after 1 year) - Opportunity for growth and advancement - Be part of an awesome, welcoming, and supportive team Work Schedule: - 35-40 hours per week How to Apply: - Include a resume - Answer the following questions: 1) What is your most valuable skill set? 2) Other than salary what is the most valuable thing an employer can offer you?
