Handyman / Building Maintenance to help current superintendent for apartment buildings in Sunbury PA, 84 Unit Building. We are looking to take on a 2nd superintendent. Work Requirements: 1. Helping current superintendent maintain the premises in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. This includes all common areas, sidewalks, alley, garbage area, roof landing, and basement (includes debris, leaves, grass cutting, garbage, snow, ice, etc.). 2. Building must be kept clean 3. Make all necessary maintenance and repairs on the premises (work requests). 4. Painting and the complete repair of any vacant units. 5. The showing and renting of vacant units. 6. Making any emergency repairs to the premises. 7. Any and all other responsibilities that is associated with the maintaining of an apartment building. Also A.
