Property Management company looking for an experienced handyman, property maintenance professional for general maintenance and repairs across 3 residential buildings (100 units) in Providence. Candidate must have at least 5-year experience with general carpentry, plumbing & painting. Driver's License required. Must be available for tenant emergency Maintenance calls (including weekends).
