Every Other Weekend Residential Care Worker with Paid Sleep Time

Duluth Group Home is seeking a part time person to work in a residential setting serving adult women. This is a great position for students, retired individuals or others seeking some extra income. Each of the 2 evenings per weekend shift has about 8 hours of Sleep time. However staff are expected to be available limited amounts of time if required during the standby or sleep time. This is not necessary very often. Shifts are every other Friday Evening from 6:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday. Sleep time is in an onsite apartment and is usually from (10:30 P.M. - 7 A.M.) and is paid time. Pay is about $468 per weekend shift for about 32 hours of actual work, the rest of the hours are typically sleep time. This schedule repeats every two weeks.
