We are a growing national property management company seeking an experienced Full-time Rehab Technician for our community The Park at Anzio in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-Time position * Plumbing experience * HVAC 608 Certified * Light Construction skills * Experience with drywall installation and repair * Able to install exterior fixtures and finishes * Experienced installing interior items fans, blinds, and other renovation items for apartment units. * Light painting may be required * Will ensure a quality finish of final units * Complete service request in a timely manner * Will manage a clean and safe work area. * Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors. * Will ensure units are punched and turned in a timely manner and are to the highest standards * Other duties as required
