Sun Bay is an apartment complex on the south side of Gainesville. We have 360 units total. The property is a bit older and we are always continuing to update things. Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday On Call: Monday-Sunday Every Two Weeks Experience as a service technician for at least 1 year Apartment-housing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing & HVAC, and "maintenance person work" including but not limited to: -floor/wall tile installation -drywall repair -carpentry repair -electrical Organized, efficient and detail-oriented to complete work orders Commitment to emergency-on-call rotation is a must! Reliable transportation Drug Testing and background checks will be performed.
