I am looking for a retired person to work with me on polishing up the inside of a rental house. Looking for retired like me so you do not have other job commitments. We will be doing minor bathroom updates, painting, minor carpentry, flooring and wall and ceiling patching. Would like you to be able to proceed on projects alone as well as working with me. I am friendly and easy to work with and would view us as partners. Will pay cash. I need you to be reliable so we can keep the projects moving forward until completed. May take us one to two months or so to complete the work. Will pay cash and the amt. will be agreed upon based on your ability and our ability to work together. I need you to be insured as my insurance will not cover you. Not sure what that means for cost for you but we can discuss it and try to make it work for both of us.
