Need bids to replace kitchen floor and install new one

I live in a rent stabilized building but the management barely does repairs. I paid someone to install a tile floor about a year ago but they didn’t level the floor and used tile meant for walls not floors—so many of them have cracked and it’s a mess. So I have to start over. A friend gave me enough eucalyptus flooring to cover the entire floor so if that’s an option I would have you install that. If not? I’d like to have vinyl tiles or a single piece. You need to be insured and have two references. Thank you, S.W
