Kelly Services, Inc. is in need of multiple Machine Operators for a Direct Hire role in Bridgewater, MA! Details for this role are as follows: Job description: Perform setup and operate a machine for the production of face masks, complying with quality and scheduling requirements. DUTIES: •Ensure work area (s) and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly and safe condition, that prescribed safety measures are followed, that established company and department policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to. •Inspect equipment for proper operation and ensure all Safety measures are in place •Troubleshoot equipment and material problems. Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervision. •Work from work orders, machine set-up sheets, control plans, SOP’s as well as written/verbal instructions from supervisor. •Set-up machine following the control plan and set-up sheet. •Receive material, verify against inventory control number and visually inspect for defects. •Ensure material is properly loaded on to machine and start processing. •Monitor machine operation and ensure quality requirements are satisfied. •Print inventory tickets or complete NCR’s for non-complying materials as required. Input order information into computer order allocation program to ensure accurate records of materials used on orders. •Prepare and maintain records of work performed or other data, reports as required. Maintain established quality and quantity standards. •Perform other related duties as assigned or as required. Company is open 24/7 and has two 12 hour shift times available. Shift times will always stay the same based on what you are hired for (1st or 2nd shift) but days will rotate: For example – week 1 = 3 days on/4 off & week 2 = 4days on/3 off Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr based on experience If you are interested in learning more about this role, please forward your resume to [email protected] and call 508-951-3557.
