EXPERT Finish Carpenter for Crown molding/trim wanted

I need a expert Finish Carpenter to install crown molding and light rails on a cherry wood finished kitchen cabinets. Possibly other molding work. It will only take a day. I am a General Contractor and specialize in Structural Carpentry. I own a construction company and flip houses for a living since 2006. So I know what I'm looking for. -Requirements: -A ton of experience. -Your own precision tools (chop saw, table saw, circular saw, screw gun...etc). -18 gauge nail gun (air or mechanical). We can negotiate this. -A mask at all times. -All cutting is to be completed outside. -No caulking since this is precision carpentry -Photo ID The location is heated, has electricity and working bathrooms. It's not a jobsite, it's a home. Additional support and materials will be provided by myself. I can't further stress there cannot have any mistake in cutting the crown molding. I need expert/master level on this. I pay in cash for the day. If you get done in 4 hours or 10 hours, it's still the same rate. DO NOT rush this job since I will be shoulder to shoulder with you. There is also a possibility that my company will hire you from time to time if we like your work and personality. Please don't apply if you have any problems with drugs, alcohol or gambling.
