Personal Gardening/ Maintenance Labor This Position Heavily focuses on Keeping Clients Properties Beautiful with Mowing, Pruning, Weeding, Blowing, Small Plantings,  and General Cleanup. Focuses on Fast Pace Perfection! Requirements:   -Valid Drivers License with great record and ability to Pull/Back  small Trailers Safely -Must Be Reliable, Punctual, Have Great Time Management Skills and able to Listen and Take Direction -Ability to communicate with clients as needed. -Have General Plant Knowledge.  Horticulture Degree,  Irrigation Skills, and/or Applicators Licence a Plus! -Be able to Walk, Stand, Kneel for extended periods of time (no sitting is tolerated) -Able to work 40+ hours per week and in all weather conditions -Ability to safely use small gas powered tools and mowers -Able to consistently lift 40+ lbs  The Perks: -Career Advancement Opportunities.  -Competative Wages With Regular Performance Based Raises.   -Paid Continuing Education -Paid Time Off (eligibility varies with employment status) -Health Insurance Assistance -You are provided all your work tools, felco pruners, uniforms at no cost to you  We work hard but Have Fun Doing it!
