Join Orlando Brewing and Colom Catering for a special brunch. Take a moment to recover after your weekend activities and enjoy some delicious food and beer with us. Orlando Brewing will be opening earlier than usual but only to those who RSVP. Stop by anytime between 11 am and 3 pm to enjoy this one of a kind beer pairing. Brunch will include an appetizer, choice of entree, and dessert for $20 per person. This month will feature the following: Appetizer: Fresh fruit Parfai- layers of seasonal berries, vanilla yogurt and granola Entree includes lunch potatoes and a side of fresh fruit. Choose one of the following: "All American" Pancakes- A three stack of our light and fluffy not so traditional pancakes which have been carbonated with O.B. All American beer. sered with maple syrup and whipped butter. Not so Southern grits- Some good ol' chessy grits! Topped with sausae ragout simmered in O.B. Old Pelican beer. Three Egg Omelet - three eggs folded around three of the following choices: cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage, onion or tomato. Dessert: House-made chocolate bar! Our chocolate bar is made with 58% couvature dark chocolate and filled with crunchy pecans, chewy caramel and just a sprinkle of sea salt.
