Part Time/Per Diem position: This position will begin part time/per diem but has the ability to grow into a full time position. Looking for someone that has the following skills: typing/computer skilks proficient in microsoft 365 platform including: word, publisher, excel, outlook ability to read and process informaiton via email/snail mail strong attention to detail ability to follow directions critical thinking skills time management skills organizational skills ability to manage calender appointments/scheduling ability to communicate clearly This person will be my main office assistant to assist me in servicing clients daily within the Real Estate Industry. You may be required to speak on the phone and correspond with my clients on my behalf, responding in a manner that has been pre-scripted with the ability to be flexible and authentic in communciation. In additon you may interact with my family in a capacity to assist personally as needed on daily basis. Sometimes to include duties outside of traditional office duties. This is a very important role and If you have specific questions, I encourage you to reach out. This may be great for a recent graduate unsure of your future plans so that you can learn some of the real estate business and figure if it may be a direction you would like to move into in the future. This may also be a perfect position for someone that has retired and is looking for something to keep busy with helping a young professioal continue to grow a thriving business.
