Hiring three local individuals for human milk production and packaging. This is a permanent contactless long-term job. No communication with purchaser except via email/SMS. Milk is for adult male in Contra Costa County with a medical condition which can be partially remediated with human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). Job requirements: - disease free - no prescription medication - less than 100mg caffeine per day - negative HIV test (home swab test provided) - production of at least 50oz. per day Job responsibilities: - documentation of pumping times and volumes - labeling of storage bags - daily logging of meals including time of day - bi-weekly Covid tests (mail-in swab test provided) - sanitary and professional packaging of milk - immediate access to freezer and logging of temperature (digital thermometer provided) - weekly cold storage packaging for courier pickup Looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and consistent. Must be detail oriented and have good writing and communication skills for any correspondence regarding logging or logistics. Must be trustworthy and honest. No reselling or mixing allowed. Milk is randomly lab tested for discrepancies. Ideally individual is on a low sugar, high calorie (>2500/day) diet. Individuals who are currently not lactating but are interested in inducing lactation are welcome to apply. Production must be at least 50oz. per day within first eight weeks. This is an employment-like arrangement for the long-term production of human milk. I am professional and courteous. Will respect boundaries with regards to information sharing and communication.
