Charlie's Angels Movers is growing rapidly and would like to invite you to grow with us! We are in need of drivers, loaders, movers, and packers available to facilitate local and state wide moves and who are available for immediate hire. MANDATORY FOR ALL APPLICANTS: * Valid driver's license, --reliable transportation-- (Your OWN vehicle) and a working smartphone (for maps and GPS) *All drivers must provide a 3 year MVR and current DOT certification. *You must possess strong leadership qualities, a career mindset, a strong work ethic, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service/interpersonal skills. *At least 1 year VERIFIABLE experience in residential/commercial moving or similarly related labor industries. *All drivers must have driving experience with 26 ft box trucks and smaller, diesel and gas powered. *You must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available weekdays and/or weekends, unless otherwise discussed with management. (For example, a set part-time schedule) *Must be authorized to work in the United States. *Must be able to lift at least 50-75lbs *Must have knowledge of use of basic tools and upright and 4 wheel dollies. *Must own a set of basic tools. *All applicants may be required to take a drug test prior to employment and may be subjected to random drug testing. *All applicants may be required to complete a background check prior to employment. BENEFITS: Compensation is hourly with tip earning potential; $12/hr up to $22/hr for leads/job supervisors. We have team meetings every 2 months that are mandatory and paid also. We are seeking team members with a career mindset. That said, we strive to foster an environment that nurtures the desire to grow with us. We take pride in facilitating growth and giving you the proper tools and support for you to be successful. Incentives are earned throughout the year for an extraordinary job well done. We have full time and part time positions available. We ask that our clients do their part in being responsible and help to keep our team members safe to the best of their ability. ***Any client or family member of clients that have travelled domestically or internationally in the last 21 days, will need to remain off site while your moving team is onsite at either location. ***Any client or family member of clients that have had any symptoms of fever, cough, etc, will need to remain off site while your moving team is onsite. If this is not feasible, we will need to look at rescheduling your moving services. ***All clients and family members of clients agree to keep a 6 ft distance away from our team members at all times. ***Your moving team has been issued gloves and masks. If you have a mask, we ask that you wear it when it is necessary to interact and converse with your moving team and please do so with respect to the 6 ft social distancing state-wide order.
