NOTTINGHAM, MD — Neighbors were stunned when police swarmed a quiet Baltimore County neighborhood just before daybreak Friday. "It was frightening being awakened in the middle of the night with bullhorns shouting, 'This is the FBI!'" said Connie Lashley who lives nearby.
