ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — City, county and federal offices, courts and the county animal shelter will be closed in observance of the Presidents Day Monday. Parks will be open normal hours. Libraries: All remote services from the Anne Arundel County Public Library will be open on Monday. Libraries are currently closed for in-person service. They are open for curbside pickup, however.
