Full Job Description Truck Driving Contractor Needed for Household Moving - Moving & Delivery We are seeking independent, owner-operator moving carriers that are experienced in Home and Retail moving and delivery and assembly of furniture, appliances, and household items. These deliveries involve short and long distance routes and require a helper. For top performers, your business can expect consistent and fair work including daily moving and deliveries, and the potential of high gross revenue for home delivery of new furniture in the given market area. Ideal independent moving contractors will provide their own box truck, box dollies, four wheeled dollies. Straps, moving blankets and tools for assembly of goods. Typical work week for Moving and Deliveries will be Monday through Saturday. If you own or lease a box truck, have your own Motor Carrier Authority, and you are insured, come be part of our growing team! Business requirements to qualify as Independent Moving Contractors: Clean and safe 24 or 26-foot box truck (owned or leased) Your business is incorporated* Motor Carrier Authority Proof of insurance with coverage requirements All drivers have clean driving records.
