Residents of Waverly- help needed

So I collect weird postcards- long story short- I was wondering if any residents of Waverly, Pa notices or can make out this street address? I searched recent maps, but was wondering about the street- it looks like a small town and couldn’t find the street name anywhere. 118 Eluc street??? It’s tough to make out the writing in the picture... oh, it may not exist since the postcard was from 1909. Or even who this guy was? Things I loose sleep over at night! Thanks for your time people of Craigslist
