Press release from Wheaton Public Library: Thursday, February 18, 2021 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm The WPL Writers Group will be meeting via Zoom! Facilitated by local author and library staff member, Karen Schreck, we provide a supportive and consistent environment for writers of all genres, ages eighteen years of age and up. Whether you are an aspiring writer or a published author, whether you seek inspiration for your material, or you are drafting, revising, or editing your manuscript, our community will supply you with prompts and exercises, time and space to write, and, if you so choose, the opportunity to share your work and receive constructive feedback. Connection information will be emailed to those registered the day of or day prior to meeting. Email us at [email protected] for a writing prompt that we will discuss at the meeting. This program is provided in the Zoom Meeting format so that you may better engage and interact with the presenter and other participants. If you feel comfortable doing so, please turn your microphone and/or camera on. Zoom meeting link will be emailed the day of the program.
