Landscaping and construction. Not sure how elce to explain it, just follow my lead an help me out. I’m a simple hardworking person that needs help with projects so I can take on more projects.. Experience is a pluss, although not a must and I’m looking for a helper. Looking to turn the right person into a crew leader eventually. Man or Woman may apply. Pay is based on motivational skill. I’m not cheap, but if I’m going to make you a leader, I can’t start you off at 15per hr. I’m starting up my business and have all equipment needed to perform any task. I’ll help teach you, then I’ll loose interest an help you get a helper. If that makes sense. Anyways, this is a male or female position.
