Who are the Organizers? Jacob and Erin Barnhill sold 26 homes their very first year in the business using the same strategies they will be sharing. They are proud owners and operators of the Barnhill Team at eXp Realty in Columbia SC. Both started their real estate career in the Tacoma/Seattle markets running a successful investment company. They are FortuneBuilder Mastery Graduates and certified Home Advisors through the NAEA. Jacob comes from 12 years active duty U.S. Air Force, a prior Keller Williams Ignite Instructor and heads the team's sales, marketing and business development. Erin has a family of successful business owners and home builders, has a services background and leads the transaction management department.
