Join Chef Vince and Chef Tazia as they take you on a culinary journey from Sicily to Northern Italy. You will learn the history behind the dishes as you learn step by step how to produce a classic eggplant and fresh tomato pasta with rigatoni. You will also build a classic Italian lasagna with chicken milanaise and fresh basil marinara. Cost for this class is $55/person

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance.
