iso Apartment/house that will rent to felons

Iso Property management company's or private owners that will rent to felons. I have steady income from my full time job. I also receive monthly veterans benifits. My felonys are non violent non drug non sexual. I have rental history and letters of recommendation. I am Looking to downsize from the place im in currently. My Roommates and I won't be renewing the lease together and taking over 100% of the rent and having all this space myself is just not practical. Any suggestions or leads are greatly appreciated.
