Press release from the City of Fargo: February 12, 2021 City of Fargo offices, Fargo Cass Public Health, MATBUS Administrative Offices and all Fargo Public Library branches will be closed on Monday, February 15 in observance of the Presidents Day Holiday. MATBUS will provide full service on all routes except NDSU routes on Monday, February 15. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 16. Garbage and recycling collection schedules will not be affected by the holiday. Residents scheduled to have their garbage picked up are encouraged to place their bins on the boulevard by 8 a.m. to ensure pick-up.
