Hello I’m renting a room out in my condo for $650 that’s without utilities included! Utilities are only $50(: im looking to rent out to a female about my age 23-27 or a couple is fine! Rent will increase for couple! Someone clean, responsible and friendly! I let you cook in the kitchen if you just clean up after your done 🙂 no pets! Located in lake Elsinore area for a 1 year stay! We have stater bro’s down the street and Walmart, bars and restaurants. Menifee college is 15-20 min drive from the house. You will be using a shared bathroom as well I have one upstairs and one downstairs. We have a pool and jacuzzi and a park in the complex. Available parking if you get a permit with the security guard 🙂 very safe/quiet neighborhood!
