Immediate opening for new construction cleaning. BBSI is currently seeking highly motivated, energetic candidates for construction and turnout cleaning with a well-established local company. Projects range from a few days to a few months and are typically during the day. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ability to read and follow instructions, directions, and protocols • Self-motivated and attention to detail • History of being punctual, having good work attendance and mutual team respect • Perform the finishing touches of construction or turn over: cleaning walls, mopping floors, wipe down, general cleaning and etc DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Custodian or cleaning experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Ability to work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a great attitude • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position OTHER DETAILS • Hours: Project based, day shift,(typically 9:00 to 4:00) • Pay Rate: $12.60 / hour • Pay schedule: Weekly • Position Type: Temp BBSI, a leader in the Human Resources Management industry since 1951, provides expert knowledge with best-in-class management tools and partners with businesses as they grow and evolve.
