Looking for a Ranch hand/Horse groom. Experience is nice, but not necessary, we can train you. Shift would be noon - sunset, 2 to 3 days a week. After training and a 60 to 90 day probation, hours and number of days could be increased. Could even be full-time. You should be capable of working outdoors in the elements (heat, cold and wind). The main tasks revolve around our many horses physical and mental well being. Secondary tasks revolve around ranch up keep, cleaning, mucking, organizing, landscape chores, fence mending, feeding animals, etc. You'll be trained in all aspects of the ranch operation. This job would be ideal or for someone looking to build a resume/career in the animal care industry. Or for someone who has a deep love and respect for animals and values the opportunity to be around them. This would also work as a 2nd part time job or for a student. ● MUST BE CLEAN, GENTLE, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, LOVE ANIMALS, AND HAVE AN UPLIFTING/POSITIVE ATTITUDE ● MUST HAVE A VALID DL AND YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION. ● WE PREFER THAT YOU LIVE IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY.
