I am trying to return a letter to a woman. She lived near the corner of Oakland and capital. I stopped to help her get the chain back on to the sprocket. She was late for work. When she left, there was a letter on the ground. I would like to return it. She is an Asian lady and the bike was pink. This is weighing on my mind. Any help appreciated
