A full 1000 sqft of daylight studio at your disposal for whatever your photographic or production needs might be. The studio contains four large windows facing SW to allow as much of that light in as possible. With 12' high ceilings covered in white tiles, white walls, and old hardwood floors, the light bounce is incredible. The studio space is rentable by the hour with a 5 hour minimum, or as full day/week, depending upon your needs. As per CDC guidelines, the space is cleaned thoroughly after each rental and I ask that when renting the space you follow CDC recommended guidelines for mask covering and spacing per person. The unit also has a seperate room for wardrobe/model change and/or hair and makeup with a fully functioning hollywood vanity mirror for your H&M needs. The rental also includes two rolling racks, chairs, and tables, plus a very small kitchenette for basic catering needs. Wifi is also included. I can also provide photo EQ at an additional expense.
