***Please include personal email or phone number as my system can not reply to CL*** -We are Alliance Courier in Menomonie near B and 94- Alliance Courier provides night time delivery to Ford dealers. We are in need of a 2nd shift Supervisor for our drivers in and out of the Ford dock. 2:00 PM start. Full time on site at Ford DC. $41,500 per year salary. Responsibilities include: Maintaining Alliance Courier compliance with all Ford Dock Policies on Ford Dock. Responsible for procedure including: -All communication with Ford Dock workers. -Escorting drivers onto the Ford Dock and collecting truck keys. -Keys must be obtained before truck is loaded or unloaded. -Must be willing to help load and unload. -Responsible for making sure all loads are secure. -Completing all of Alliance Courier Policy steps before returning keys to driver and releasing driver. -Making sure all truck doors are closed. -Ensuring that Ford Dock employee removes all dock plates. -Responsible for entire sequence from arrival to departure of Alliance Courier drivers. -Direct freight to Menomonie, Madison and Bloomington hubs. In addition: -Must have good computer skills with various programs and spread sheets. -Closing out outbound paperwork for all of parts that were picked and printing out any hazmat material paperwork then distribute to the correct hub driver -Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout shift and bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift -Previous computer experience in Excel and Inventory system Experience in transportation is needed. Skill in maintaining the flow of driver/vehicle entry and exit a must. Fast paced environment. Must abide by strict Ford Dock rules and procedures.
