Part Time Laborer Needed: Local residential and commercial repair and remodeling company in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a part-time general laborer to assist our Skilled Service Technicians and to perform particular labor-specific jobs. This is an employment position. No Independent Contractors. Ideal job for college student seeking part time work or summer employment or retired person looking to supplement their income. * Assist Skilled Service Technicians performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry drywall work, painting, window and door installation, and miscellaneous jobs. * Collect trash, debris, and other waste to keep job sites clean and safe * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * Clean up worksites. * Ability to carry and work from ladders * Handle and transport materials and equipment * Use power tools and machinery when directed or needed * Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Must be at least 18 years old. Basic knowledge of residential and commercial repair and remodeling. Must have valid driver's license without violations and own transportation.
