Terrified little dog Alert black like a little Scottish type Terrier running racing freaking out running down the middle of the road crossing the street twice in the picture the white van they're in Pursuit I tried to assist 2 and finally the little terrified dog ran across the street there's some kind of entrance right by that prison I don't know what it is a parkour but the dog finally went way back there and the white van followed it so I'm no longer on site I took the best picture I can get if you expand the picture you can see the little black dog and the white van in the picture was in pursuit to try and get him so the dog doesn't get hit he ran down the middle of the road stopped in the middle of the road cross the road several times he started in the parking lot of the Lucky Wishbone that little dog whatever that street is 36th or whatever the prisons on between Mission and I-10 you turned in by the prison back in there don't know what it is
