compensation: Piece Rate - Motivated employees make 75-100K Advanced Interior Electronics Inc. Is looking for an experienced Home Security Tech, We will also consider training the right candidate. - If you have a current ACE license please note that in your application-- if possible please attach the card or the number - Must be proactive in completing jobs and tasks with little or no direct supervision. _ Upgrade Cell Radios in homes and Businesses-- We will train the right person Responsibilities will include: - Installation, Service, and Troubleshooting of residential burglary alarm systems. (Honeywell, DSC, GE Panels) - Installation of Home automation devices -- Ring Door bells, Amazon Echo, Zwave Thermostats Cameras - Accurately complete work orders and paperwork. -Manage inventory and truck stock - Offer Security enhancements to maximise customer coverage. - Educate customers in various system operations and maintenance. - Being a dependable, responsible professional who is dedicated to working in a growing, fast-paced, and demanding environment. Requirements are: - Excellent attitude, strong work ethic & solid work quality. - Valid driver's license, and clean driving record. - Reliable and presentable vehicle - Candidates must be able to use computers effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail oriented, results driven. - Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job. - Experience using DSC, Ademco/Honeywell, and GE equipment preferred, but not required. - Provide your own basic tools, and be available to work Monday-Saturday with some early evenings required.
