-Ability to identify common trees
-lead a crew of 3-4 climbers and groundsman.
-Feels comfortable talking to clients and managing workers.
-Clean driving record.
-Pass a drug test.
-Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
-Can perform general labor and strong enough to do basic ground work and lifting of logs and tree debris.
