ISO small breed puppy

Hi! I am in search of a small breed puppy (under 1 year old, puppy preferred, breed or mix is irrelevant.) I have a 3 year old dachshund mix and am looking for a friend for her. Sex does not matter, I will take male or female, but I do not want to pay more than $200. Ideally we would be rescuing, but I have been searching for a few months and rescues/animal shelters seem to sell puppies so quickly and rarely have small breed pups to begin with. Again, I do not care about the puppy being registered, being fixed, male or female, etc -- just want a small breed puppy as a friend for my dog! Thanks!
