Looks like the NY Guitar Show for April 17th and 18th is going to have to be cancelled yet again. My political connections in the assembly are telling us King Cuomo will not open the state for business until the end of 2021. Just this week Cuomo already declared no more than a 10% capacity at events and venues in the state. This means places like Yankee stadium could only have 5,500 people Citi Field about the same. Just the exhibitors and their staff would put us over that 10% capacity. This marks two years in a row already I lost my annual salary and our vendors are losing sales… I spoke with the Freeport Recreation Center this morning and they had told us the gymnasium is only doing 20 to 30 kids playing basketball at a time and those kids have had no problems, yet some parents are complaining the gym is open. We are seriously looking at dates for October maybe even November now to try to squeeze it in before the year is over we will keep you posted.
