I am in the market for a basic 12X24 in-ground swimming pool. I researched the businesses in my area and received quotes from several. However, I am wondering if I am missing something. Are there pool builders out there who I might have overlooked? Perhaps, a new company that is trying to get some business in a competitive market. My budget is 25K cash.
