Reliable transportation required !!! We are a small but growing commercial property maintenance company interested in responsible individual. Duties include litter pick up, changing trash bags & sweeping cobwebs at multiple locations 20 - 25 hours per week, Sunday / Wednesday / Friday morning. The right individual must be a self starter with the ability to work independently & complete duties efficiently in a professional manner. A starting weekly salary of $300 plus gas stipend is offered for this position with a potential increase depending on performance. More work available at an hourly rate for a disciplined & professional individual with a wide range of experience in multiple fields; such as drywall & mud, paint, concrete, carpentry, acoustic ceilings, etc... Pay based on experience. Please NO “Handy Man” types. We have built a reputation of excellence; all repairs or replacement must be completed properly and with the utmost integrity.
