***IMMEDIATELY HIRING EXPERIENCED HVAC LEAD INSTALLER & SERVICE TECHNICIAN*** FL-Air Heating & Cooling is a rapidly growing HVAC company located in Lutz servicing Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties and is currently immediately hiring for a lead installer and service technician. Lead Installer must have 3+ years HVAC install experience, trade school diploma and EPA certification preferred but not required, strong customer service skills, clean driving record and criminal background check, must have all necessary hand tools and strong troubleshooting skills. Service Technician must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician, strong customer service skills, goal oriented, self motivated and driven to perform at an exceptional level. Must have all necessary hand tools and strong troubleshooting skills. Pay based on experience. Signing bonus offered for 10+ years experience after 90 days. Commission and bonus pay offered.
