Need an Equipment Finish Operator for site work. Operate Skid Steer to spread, smooth, level, load, move, and compact dirt. Applicant must be knowledgeable in land slopes and drainage control. Must be able to check grade using a rotary laser. Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to, building and compacting house pads (mono), driveway grades, culvert installation, and final grades for residential construction. Experience with these tasks is a must. Must have 3 plus years experience operating equipment. Must have a clean drivers license. Must have reliable transportation. Performs Record Keeping - This may include completing vehicle and equipment maintenance records, work records, and personal time sheets and tracking number of dirt loads per project. Must be able to read blueprints and site plans. Inspect, clean, maintain, and conduct minor repairs on equipment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
