Found on the non-base roadside in front of the open field on Oceana Blvd a few hundred yards from Bells Road. Single truck license plate with almost a year left on it, probably from a commercial vehicle maybe a dump truck. There is no plate holder, it was secured by cord to the bumper or frame of which a small jagged piece is included. Contact by email here and you can have it back, I am only a bit more than a mile away from where I found it.
