Paragon is hiring on site full-time position for a Site Construction Supervisor. Applicant must have the following experience; • 5 years of experience in landscape practices • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Quality control of project site and attention to detail and layout • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and execute • Knowledge of elevations, grading and layout • Knowledge of hardscape/masonry practices • Ability to operate excavators, bobcats and construction equipment • Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members • Excellent attention to detail and in a high-performance environment • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative to execute duties Paragon offers a competitive salary & multiple benefits.
