We are currently hiring a full-time on site Landscape Assistant Construction Supervisor. Requirements: • Experience in construction practices • Familiar with common industry standard practices • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Knowledge of planting and plant identification a plus • Knowledge of hardscape/masonry practices • Ability to operate landscape construction equipment a plus but not required • Ability to manage and assign duties to crew members under direction • Excellent attention to detail in a high performance environment • Highly motivated and results driven oriented • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Interested in building a career and growth within the company Paragon offers a competitive salary and multiple benefits.
