Remove Snow Small Driveway & Walkway

I have a one-car driveway - it' s a small, flat driveway that only fits one car and a short walkway (narrow - about 10 feet long) that needs snow removed now - say Monday and then again after any snows we have later on in the week/month etc. You can use a shovel/snow blower/plow for the driveway and shovel for the walkway. I do not have the snowblower or shovel. You will need to have it. Please let me know what you charge per snowfall and what forms of compensation you accept (cash, PayPal etc). Please don't tell me to call or text you without the price.
