You may not be able to travel to Europe, so let Embers take you there with a one-of-a-kind European Wine Dinner! This is the first event we have hosted since March 2020. It's been a long year, but our Wine Director and Sommelier Justin Hall along with Chef Briton Dumas are excited to invite you to the Embers Medallion Room. With an abundance of caution, we have set up the sale our our seats as tables of 4. This allows you to sit with guests that you know. If you need a different seating arrangement, please call (352) 380-0901, leave us a detailed message and we will get back with you. This will be a classic 5 course Prix Fixe dinner with each course paired with a unique wine from a region in Europe. Cost is $125 per person, includes meal, wine tasting, and gratuity. Tables of four are being sold as one ticket. Wines tasted this evening will be available for purchase so that you can enjoy them at home with family and friends. Menu is in development. Very limited seating. All sales are final.
