Entry Level to Craftsman Floor Refinishing

I am looking to build a team to provide sandless hardwood floor refinishing. We are based in Sugar Grove but work throughout suburban Chicagoland. We take pride in providing an amazing quick, clean and economic alternative to the conventional sanding refinishing. It is incredibly rewarding to see a floor transformed through our unique process. We are also open to expanding our services to provide "dustless" sanding services. Our first need is for entry level craftsmen that want to master sandless refinishing, as well as those that already may have refinishing skills. Pay will be based on experience and skill level. Entry level requirements include: 1. Honesty and integrity 2. Show up every day and be on time 3. Have a good attitude and be willing to learn 4. Be willing and able to work hard. This position alternates work periods of mild to moderate physical labor and rest time as the floor dries between coats. 5. An eye for detail. 6. Ability to rapidly learn from mistakes. A higher pay rate will be gained if the applicant has the skills listed above and some of the following: 1. Hardwood flooring refinishing - sanding/staining 2. Flooring installation. 3. Trim installation 4. Crew management 5.
