Celebrate World Anthropology Day! February 17th is World Anthropology Day. Anthropology is the study of people, and includes archaeology, the study of people who lived before us using the material they left behind. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to exploring, preserving, and researching the past, and sharing it with our community, we are grateful to have a chance to celebrate anthropology! Our base camp will be open all day on February 17th with fun activities, lots of learning, and opportunities to contribute to archaeological research.
